 Singapore, June 14, 2010 
 Arianespace announced that it will launch the second satellite for Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) in the second quarter of 2012. Vinasat 2 will be built by Lockheed Martin Commercial Space Systems (LMCSS) and will be launched on an Ariane 5 or a Soyuz launch vehicle from the Guiana Space Center in Kourou.

 Baikonur Cosmodrome June 4, 02:00 a.m. Moscow Time, 04:00 Baikonur (22:00 UTC, June 3; 18:00 EDT, June 3 ) 
BADR-5 satellite was successfully launched today by the ILS Proton/Breeze M that was blasted from the Baikonur's Pad 39.
The satellite successfully separated from the Breeze M upper stage approximately 9 hours after liftoff and was recently handed over to Arabsat.   More

 Luxembourg/Kourou (French Guiana), 21 May 2010. – 
SES ASTRA, an SES company (Euronext Paris and Luxembourg Stock Exchange: SESG), announces that its new ASTRA 3B satellite has been successfully launched. ASTRA 3B roared into space onboard an Ariane 5 rocket from Kourou, French Guiana, on May 21 at 19:01 am local time (0:01 am on May 22 Central European Summer Time). The satellite will be brought into its final orbital position within the next weeks and will be made commercially available in June after in-orbit testing.   More
